Free Virtual Semi-Permanent Makeup Consultation Considering semi-permanent makeup but not sure where to start? Our complimentary virtual consultation is a relaxed opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions and receive professional advice specific to your features before booking. Consultations can take place via WhatsApp video call or by reviewing clear photographs of your brows or lips, depending on your preference. If you’d rather meet us in person first, you’re also welcome to book one of our brow services, such as a Brow Shape, Brow Correction, or HD Brow Tint & Shape. During your appointment, we’ll be happy to discuss permanent makeup, assess your suitability, and recommend the most appropriate treatment for your desired result.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you would like to cancel or reschedule. This allows to give your slot to other customers. Previous ‘no show’ or regular last minute cancellation clients may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit (if they don’t show up) to secure their slots. If a customer decides to cancel their other booked services for the same appointment on the day, we may ask you to pay the full service charge unless there is valid reason for the spontaneous cancellation.
